Information from Armstrong Consultants on the Granby Airport:

The original scheduled called for completion by September 9th.
One of the change orders approved by the FAA allowed an additional 8 days of
time or completion by September 17th to stay clear of liquidated damages.
Columbine is stating that they will be done paving by the end of next week.
In order to reopen the airport, Brad Davis of the FAA will have to complete
his review and test summary and do the final inspection.
